Current Status:

CIT is investigating reports that emails sent or forwarded to Cornell's Google Workspace Tenant are being marked as Spam.
Current Status:
Microsoft Bookings was also affected by the Google spam issue. A new spam correction has been initiated to correct the issue moving forward. All spam-filtered Bookings messages for January 2023 have been moved from spam folders to the inbox. Therefore, customers may notice that some old messages/calendar invites are now appearing in their inboxes.

Avaya phone service unavailable as of 7:46am, due to outage with AT&T trunks. No inbound or outbound calling taking place on Avaya. RingCentral service is not affected by the issue. IT staff are aware of the issue and working to contact the vendor.

Repair was completed and service was restored at 1:26am today, Saturday, January 21, 2023.

Performance Issue: Pantheon Hosting: Brief Service Outage

Brief Description:
Between 6:00 and 6:08pm, sites hosted on Pantheon and connected to Pingdom began sending alerts of being down. At 6:08pm, Pingdom begin sending alerts that sites were coming back up.
Current Status:
Pantheon hosted sites are functioning normally. Custom Development will continue to monitor this issue and investigate the cause with Pantheon.
