This will add the Ivy.AI chatbot and new security banner capability to the IT@Cornell website. It will also provide live chat service to the IT Service Desk. The change will be applied Monday, March 6, 2023, from approximately 6-9am.
User Impact:
This will make the Ivy.AI chatbot available on the IT@Cornell website through a pop-up window on the side of the site.
