Current Status:

Performance Issue: Calendar Invitations sent to E-Lists

Some calendar invitations sent to e-lists might not be displayed when received and viewed in Office 365.
Current Status:
Investigation by Cornell staff discovered that the e-list system removes a component of calendar invitations as they pass through. Microsoft recently stopped recognizing invitations that lack this component, as part of their efforts to secure the service. Cornell staff are working with the e-list vendor to fix this problem.

The version of Box Tools released last month is not working with Firefox browser’s current ESR (Extended Support Release). The problem is occurring because Firefox ESR is based on a version of Firefox that is older than what Box Tools supports.
Current Status:
The version of Box Tools released last month is not working with Firefox browser’s current ESR (Extended Support Release). The problem is occurring because Firefox ESR is based on a version of Firefox that is older than what Box Tools supports. Box expects that the next version of ESR, which should be released in the next month or two, should fix the issue. In the meantime, the Box Tools plugin is working with the current (non-ESR) release of Firefox, as well as the current version of Chrome.
