Users are reporting occasional delays in TeamDynamix's processing of incoming email messages. These delays are generally less than 30 minutes, and vary among the over 200 separate incoming email addresses used by TeamDynamix.
Update: Engineers are continuing to investigate. The issue appears to be a scaling problem with a 3rd-party code library, so a fix has not yet been identified and may time to address. Current effects appear only to involve minor delays to email, not its deliverability.
