Brief Description:
There is an issue preventing Microsoft 365 desktop applications from being installed from the Microsoft portal onto new devices. Online versions are available through outlook.cornell.edu and previously installed apps continue to work.
Current Status:
CIT continues to pursue fixes for the issue preventing Microsoft 365 desktop applications from being installed on new devices from the Microsoft portal. Cornell faculty, students, and staff can access the web versions through outlook.cornell.edu and also use previously installed desktop applications.
