Performance Issue: Zoom Screen-Sharing Defaults to Host-Only

On the evening of Thursday, March, 26, 2020, the default setting for screen sharing in Zoom meetings was changed by Zoom from being available for all attendees to being restricted to host only.
Current Status:
This change by Zoom is being retained for enhanced privacy and security.

The Remedy system is experiencing performance issues. A support incident has been opened and we are in contact with the vendor. They are investigating the issue. We will update as soon as we have additional information.
Current Status:
The vendor reports the performance issue should be back to normal and that the duplicate email issue has been resolved.

Some Zoom Cloud Recordings did not import into the Video on Demand service. Delivery of Zoom Cloud Recordings into Video On Demand has been restored, and efforts are being made to import the videos that didn’t transfer the first time.
Current Status:
CIT, Zoom, and Kaltura staff continue to work to import into Video On Demand all videos that didn’t transfer successfully.
