Performance Issue: Adobe Acrobat Pro DC License Expiration

Some Cornell users of Acrobat Pro DC are being notified that the software has expired or will expire soon and is now requiring sign-in. Named-user licensees can sign in with their Adobe ID and password. See the CU Software site for details.

Performance Issue: Installing Net-Print print queue on macOS Catalina will not work

Brief Description:
The installer for setting up print queues for the first time with Net-Print is currently not compatible with the latest version of macOS, Catalina. Cornell is working on a resolution.

Performance Issue: Warning Message Appears on Mail Sent from Office 365 to G Suite Accounts

Brief Description:
If you send messages from your Cornell Outlook (Office 365) account to any Gmail accounts (including to Cornell students), those people are currently seeing a warning message. CIT is continuing to monitor and resolve this performance issue.
Current Status:
Cornell staff have made changes that have significantly reduced the frequency that an issue like this will occur. The remaining instances are happening due to processes in Microsoft’s systems. Microsoft has been notified of this situation and is investigating.
