Brief Description:
The Quest ARS service will be migrated from the current 7.3 version to a new 8.2 version. Users must install the new 8.2 MMC client to use the new instance. The web interface will require Duo multi-factor authentication to log in.
User Impact:
Users, who are mostly Technical Support Providers, will not be able to use ARS to manage AD during the maintenance.
After the upgrade, users of the MMC client will also need to upgrade to the 8.2 version of the client.
