Brief Description:
AudienceView, a vendor that Cornell uses to manage ticketing for many of our events, has notified the university of a security incident. This incident may impact individuals who purchased tickets between February 17-21.
Current Status:
Our third-party ticketing vendor, AudienceView, has currently suspended online orders due to the discovery of further attempts to breach the security of its platform. In an abundance of caution, online sales will remain unavailable while AudienceView conducts an investigation.

AudienceView, a vendor that Cornell uses to manage ticketing for many of our events, has notified the university of a security incident. This incident may impact individuals who purchased tickets between February 17-21 from Cornell Athletics, Cornell Tickets, Schwartz Center or Cornell Concert Series.

We have received assurance from AudienceView that the security issue has been resolved. They are currently in the process of notifying all individuals who used their services during this timeframe. If you have questions or believe you may have received fraudulent credit card charges following the purchase of tickets from AudienceView, please contact them directly at privacy.audienceview@audienceview.com.

We take the protection of your information very seriously. We recommend that you remain vigilant and report any suspicious credit card activity to your financial institutions.
