Brief Description:
On Sunday, March 12, 2022, between approximately 8-9am, Cornell will change Zoom's administrative organization to enable one specific feature for a new Zoom group. The actual changes will take about 10 minutes.
User Impact:
Individuals in a meeting during the change (estimated 10 minutes or less) may see an "App" icon in the in-meeting toolbar. No in-meeting Apps are currently enabled. Clicking the "App" icon will open a Zoom App marketplace window stating that no in-meeting Apps are currently enabled.

Full Description:
On Sunday, March 12, 2022, between approximately 8-9am, Cornell will change Zoom's administrative organization to add a new Zoom group. The actual change will take about 10 minutes. During this change, the account-level settings will be briefly unlocked to push one specific feature access down to the new Zoom group. All other existing groups will be reset to the current account-level settings. Users may briefly see changes to the in-meeting toolbar, temporarily allowing access to features not currently enabled. The in-meeting experience will be restored to normal for all other groups when the change is completed.
