Current Status:
Vendor confirmed Hotfix applied overnight is working. CU Netid login is working again for Siteimprove.

Performance Issue: Zoom Audio

Brief Description:
There have been reports of audio quality issues in Zoom meetings. Cornell staff are investigating and have contacted the vendor. If you’ve encountered unexpected audio quality problems in a Zoom meeting, please contact the IT Service Desk.
Current Status:
Cornell staff are continuing to look into individual incidents as they are reported. Recent cases have not correlated with any system-wide issue. Anyone who encounters audio issues with Zoom should first check their application version ( https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362393-What-Version-of-Zoom-Am-I-Running ). It should be 4.1.28245.0717 or higher. Also check the audio input or microphone device being used, and whether it's a good match for the size and configuration of the room. If after checking these, you have unresolved Zoom audio issues, please contact the IT Service Desk and a CIT Web Conferencing specialist will investigate.

Performance Issue: "Office 365 Direct" Notifications to EGAs

Around 11:50am on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, Cornell's Office 365 system erroneously sent a notification to Cornell Group Accounts (EGAs) indicating they had just been moved to Office 365 Direct email routing. No action needs to be taken.

Cornell staff is investigating why these messages were sent in error.
