Brief Description:
Resolved: The main e-list administrative web interface (www.list.cornell.edu) was unavailable on February 12, 2024, between 9:10pm and 9:40pm. The flow of email through e-lists was not affected.
User Impact:
Users may not have been able to access e-Lists (Lyris) between 9:10pm and 9:40pm on February 12, 2024.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue
Current Status:
CIT resolved the issue at 9:40 pm by restarting the Lyris List Manager software.

Full Description:
The main e-list administrative web interface (www.list.cornell.edu) was unavailable on February 12, 2024, between 9:10pm and 9:40pm. The flow of email through e-lists was not affected.

The service was unavailable due to a known memory issue. CIT restarted the Lyris List Manager software and resolved the issue.
