Brief Description:
There are currently intermittent service outages with Pantheon, which may manifest as slow page loads, failed logins, or failures with Terminus commands. This issue affects some pages and the search engine within IT@Cornell (it.cornell.edu).
User Impact:
Users may be unable to access some pages on IT@Cornell (it.cornell.edu) or use the search engine. Users may see the following message, "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."
Workaround:
To access IT applications normally available through IT@Conell, such as Box and Canvas, please use the alternate Login Links page, https://tdx.cornell.edu/TDClient/39/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=6264 . (NetID login required)

The current update from Pantheon: Upon investigation, we discovered that some sites are experiencing intermittent downtime and getting an error 500 when visiting the site.
