Performance Issue: Certified Desktop Confidential Data Scan Problems

The data feed providing Certified Desktop compliance metrics is currently having problems.
Current Status:
On Tuesday, January 15th an upgrade to Spirion infrastructure was performed successfully. On Saturday, January 19th a Spirion scheduled task which has been running without issue for some time removed all historical data scan information from the Spirion database. We are working with the vendor to ensure that this does not happen in the future and are investigating ways to repopulate the data that was present before 1/19/19.

Performance Issue: Remedy inbound email issue

Brief Description:
Remedy is currently experienciing issues with incoming email.
Current Status:
The Remedy issue is now resolved. An issue with the email routing caused all incoming emails to be sent to the IT Service Desk between the time of 2:37PM to 6:24pm. Less than 100 emails were affected by these issues during this timeframe. The emails that were mistakenly routed to the IT Service Desk are being updated and forwarded to the appropriate support groups.
