Full Description:
For Zoom recording, students are supposed to be restricted to local-only recording, but Zoom is allowing at least some students to record to the cloud.  Because Zoom cloud recordings are automatically transferred to the Video On Demand (VOD) service and students have view-only access to the VOD, they will not be able to access or download their Zoom recordings if they record to the cloud.
