Brief Description:
There are reports of an issue in Box that resulted in some users being inadvertently removed as collaborators from folders. Users may report "missing" content due to losing access to the folder.

Workaround:
Anyone who notices they have lost collaborator access to a folder can contact the owner and ask to be re-added.
Current Status:
All Box collaborations are restored. Users may have to take action if they marked the folder for offline use in Box Drive; marked the folder to sync in Box Sync; or Marked the folder for offline use in mobile apps. Full Description:
There are reports of an issue in Box that resulted in some users being inadvertently removed as collaborators from folders. The affected users will no longer have collaboration access to the folders on Box including through Box Sync or Box Drive. While no content on Box has been deleted, users may report "missing" content due to losing access to the folder. Our engineering team has taken immediate action to prevent additional impact and are currently investigating all possible remediations.
