Brief Description:
To improve the security of the account recovery process, beginning 3/3/2019 between 6:00-6:15am, we will require Two-Step Login in order for students and employees to change their security questions on Manage Your NetID (https://netid.cornell.edu ).
User Impact:
The "Set Your Security Questions" application will briefly be unavailable during the maintenance window as the new version is being deployed. Users trying to use the service during that very brief period could see an error message. The service will be available again if they retry after a few seconds.
