Performance Issue: Cellphone calls to 254 Exchange Issues

Brief Description:
Users were unable to call 254 exchange from cell phone providers (Verizon, AT&T) from area code 607 only. All other area codes were working. The issue only affected cell phone calls into Cornell's 254 exchange system. Landline calls worked.
Current Status:
Testing indicates that the issue is resolved. Cornell staff are continuing to monitor.
