Because of a certificate issue, Spirion client applications are unable to make a connection to the central console. The clients are still functional, but are not reporting status or scan results to the console. The Cornell IT Security Office is working with CIT Desktop Engineering on a plan to push a new settings file to Windows clients and an updated client to Macs. Cornell TSPs who had access to the old Spirion console can now access the new console at https://sf-hops16.serverfarm.cornell.edu/console , with the -DOC account. If that doesn't work, contact the IT Security Office at itsecurity@cornell.edu .   Spirion has identified a potential fix for the Mac hosts and Cornell is waiting for a timeline from them. If the timeline seems too long, CIT staff will create an in-house fix to get the Mac hosts communicating again. Contact the IT Security Office at itsecurity@cornell.edu with any questions regarding Spirion. 2023-03-31 17:04:36
