Resolved: The transcript window or widget which is normally displayed below media in the Video On Demand (VOD) service is not available. CIT has opened a high-priority case with the vendor on this issue.
User Impact:
Users may not be able to view a transcript when watching a video in Video On Demand.

There is no workaround for this issue

Resolved: The transcript window or widget which is normally displayed below media in the Video On Demand (VOD) service is not available. CIT has checked the player configurations and confirmed that the transcript widget code is present and enabled, so the reason it is not displaying is unknown.
