Current Status:
As of 12:45 pm, messages for Cornell e-lists are being delivered without any delays. All previously delayed messages have been sent. Only messages sent to *@cornell.edu addresses were affected by the previous delay.

Performance Issue: Email from Cornell to Office 365

Brief Description:
On Thursday, February 28, 2018 some mail was rejected from some Cornell campus sources to Office 365, with a message of "Service unavailable. Client blocked from sending from unregistered domains." Microsoft fixed this problem around 6:15pm that evening.
Current Status:
No new reports of this problem have occurred. A message was sent Thursday afternoon to everyone who didn’t receive email sent to them. The message listed the emails the intended recipients didn’t get so that they could decide whether to contact the senders and ask for the emails to be re-sent.

There have been instances of calendar sharing not working for delegated mailboxes such as an EGA in Outlook on the Web (outlook.cornell.edu). Microsoft is aware of the problem, and is rolling out a fix.
Current Status:
Reports from affected individuals and testing by Cornell staff indicate that Microsoft's fix has reached Cornell's Office 365, and the problem appears to be resolved.
