Users will not be able to access the Pinnacle Custom Apex Applications while the server is being patched. Even though the functional area cannot access the custom Apex Applications, there should be no impact as this patching is being applied outside normal business hours.

The Pinnacle Custom Apex Application web server will have monthly OS patches applied on April 12, 2018 beginning at 7am. The Pinnacle custom dashboard applications, the Pinnacle monthly statement opt in/out application, and the student request for services application will not be available until patching is complete.
