CIT has become aware that users are encountering an issue with Two-Step Login, affecting devices running MacOS 10.14 (Mojave) and using Safari as the default browser. The issue is preventing the “Remember Me for 24 Hours” checkbox from working as expected
Current Status:
The vendor, Duo, has released a fix for this issue. Those encountering further issues with Two-Step Login using Safari on devices running macOS 10.14 (Mojave) should contact the IT Service Desk at 255-5500 or itservicedesk@cornell.edu.

Performance Issue: Users may intermittently be unable to access SharePoint Online sites

All users attempting to access SharePoint Online sites may be intermittently impacted. Microsoft is applying a fix that will allow sites performance to gradually improve. An update will be posted once we have a resolution.
Current Status:
The vendor has resolved the performance issue and will continue to monitor the service for future issues.
