Zoom reports that some users are unable to access the Zoom website or are having issues starting or joining meetings. This is possibly caused by a internet service disruption on the U.S. East Coast external to Zoom's service.
User Impact:
Some users may be unable to access the zoom website, join, or start meetings.
Workaround:
Affected users should try to join or host meetings by phone, though this will not allow them to use many Zoom features.
Current Status:
IT staff are monitoring the situation, which is not specific to Zoom performance.
