Performance Issue: Box--Some individuals' collaboration access to folders removed

Brief Description:
There are reports of an issue in Box that resulted in some users being inadvertently removed as collaborators from folders. Users may report "missing" content due to losing access to the folder.
Current Status:
All Box collaborations are restored. Users may have to take action if they marked the folder for offline use in Box Drive; marked the folder to sync in Box Sync; or Marked the folder for offline use in mobile apps. An error with the nightly data extract from Code42 caused an empty data feed to occur to Certified Desktop reporting tools. The impact is that all Code42 compliance data is report.
Current Status:
The Code42 data has been restored to the Certified Desktop Tableau reports and is reflected accurately now.

Performance Issue: Certificate Issue with Some Thunderbird or Other Email Apps Using IMAP

Brief Description:
CIT has received reports that some Thunderbird and other email app configurations are experiencing certificate warnings for IMAP connections. This issue can be fixed by using the outlook.office365.com IMAP server.
Current Status:
The issue has also affected other setups beyond Thunderbird, such as some individuals accessing EGAs using their smartphones. It could potentially affect other IMAP or POP configurations. Changing the server setting to outlook.office365.com will fix the warnings.
