There are reports of email sent to certain Cornell accounts being refused. Cornell staff have alerted Microsoft and they are working on the problem.
Current Status:
Microsoft has fixed the issue and email is being delivered to all affected accounts again. Individuals who received a notification that their email was not delivered can try again and it will be received.

At around 9:30am, Wednesday, January 3, 2018, Office 365 began rejecting email sent from e-list and some other Cornell systems. At 3:30pm Microsoft made a change that allowed the mail to begin being accepted again.

Email from all Cornell sources that were affected by this problem continues to be delivered to Office 365.
