Brief Description:
On September 10th, 2024, between approximately 4am and 7am, CIT Network Engineering will be performing work on the Goldwin-Smith node router to migrate to new hardware.
User Impact:
During the physical firewall move and the FW/L3 config migration (approximately 20minutes), wired network access will be disrupted. Wireless network access will not be impacted.

On September 10th, 2024, between approximately 4am and 7am, CIT Network Engineering will be migrating buildings on the Goldwin-Smith node router to new hardware. This is part of a project to upgrade network capacity and allow for growth across the campus network. During this window, buildings connected to the Goldwin-Smith's node will experience sporadic interrupted network access.
