Off-campus calls to Avaya campus phone lines are unavailable. This appears to be a larger issue than the Cornell campus. Tompkins Country is also impacted. Calls to Ring Central numbers are working. On-campus 5-digit dialing is available.
User Impact:
 Calls to Avaya phones from off-campus are unavailable.

Resolved: AT&T service was restored overnight. CUPD service was restored around 1:45am today.

Update: A phone service outage is impacting some calls to campus and community phone lines.  This outage includes calls to Campus Police from Ring Central phones, cellular phones, and off-campus landline phones.  Calls to campus and community 911 may not complete correctly.

To contact the Public Safety Communications Center from on-campus, use an on-campus phone to call 911 or 5-1111, or use a Blue Light Phone, indoor emergency phones, or elevator emergency phone.

To contact Public Safety from a cellular, Ring Central or off-campus phone please call 607-257-9296 or 607-257-9297.

Off-campus calls to Avaya campus phone lines are unavailable. This appears to be a larger issue than the Cornell campus. Tompkins Country is also impacted. Calls to Ring Central numbers are working.
