Performance Issue: Some LastPass users receiving multiple notifications

Some users are receiving two DUO push notifications when signing into LastPass. IT staff are aware of the situation and working to resolve the issue.

Performance Issue: Some Zoom users report invalid meeting IDs

Brief Description:
Some users are reporting issues with Zoom meetings returning invalid meeting IDs. The errors may result from changes made by the Zoom-Outlook integration when event details are pasted from Zoom to Outlook or when recurrence settingd or title do not match.
Current Status:
Users with the Zoom-Outlook calendar integration should take care when pasting details of recurring Zoom meetings into non-recurring Outlook events to avoid having the meeting expire before they intend.

Performance Issue: AUDIX Voice Messaging System

Cornell's AUDIX voice messaging system took longer than usual to pick up unanswered calls from approximately 3:30pm Sunday, November 7, 2021 until 5:30pm the same day. The performance problem was the result of extremely high call volume at that time.

Performance Issue: Zoom Recordings Not Importing to Video Hosting and Sharing/Video On Demand

Brief Description:
The Video Hosting and Sharing/Video On Demand (VOD) vendor, Kaltura, reports that Zoom recordings have not imported into the system since Sunday, October 31, 2021.
Current Status:
Zoom recordings using the older version of Zoom Marketplace integration were not imported into VOD (Kaltura) between about 5:00am ET on Sunday, October 31, 2021, until 5:00pm ET on Monday, November 1, 2021. The vendor confirms that content was not received for the recordings during the affected time period. As a result, they cannot offer a solution to backfill these recordings, but will continue to examine the situation. Local IT staff will investigate the issue to determine if it might be possible to restore missed recordings to the VOD service from the Cornell side. Anyone with an immediate need is advised to use the manual download/upload workaround described in the Workaround section.
