RESOLVED: The vendor successfully addressed the issue that had suspended over 200 Google accounts at Cornell. The suspended accounts have been reinstated.
Previously, Cornell IT staff were of multiple unexpected Google account suspensions and were working with Google to identify the cause. The issue was known to impact 211 Cornell accounts.
