The application for Facilities Inventory is currently experiencing an unexpected service outage. We are currently working on a resolution for the issue with Media3.
Current Status:
The facilities inventory is functioning again as of 2 pm on Friday afternoon. The issue was the result of problems with recently entered KFS org codes. Once removed, the application was restored.

Performance Issue: Alumni Email Forwarding and Some EGA Email

Brief Description:
There was an interruption in delivery of some alumni automatically forwarded email and some mail from EGAs. Delivery to Cornell G Suite and Office 365 was not affected. The issue was specific to mail forwarded out of Cornell’s email services.
Current Status:
Update: This issue also prevented some email from Exchange Group Accounts from being delivered to alumni personal email accounts or other accounts outside Cornell. An email has been sent to the administrators of affected EGAs letting them know which messages were not delivered, and the intended recipients who did not get them.

Performance Issue: Email Forwarded to Outside Personal Accounts

Brief Description:
Due to an exceptionally high volume of email being handled currently, there are delays of up to thirty minutes for delivery of email received by some Cornell accounts and forwarded out to a non-Cornell personal account. Cornell staff are investigating.
Current Status:
The backlog in mail queues has caught up and mail is being delivered within usual timeframes. Cornell staff are continuing to monitor.
