Brief Description:
Resolved: Duo, the vendor for Two-Step Login, reports "Phone call and SMS delivery failures to US and Canada numbers." Duo is currently investigating the issue and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
User Impact:
Users may not be able to receive Duo phone calls or SMS messages.
Workaround:
The Duo mobile app is working.
Current Status:
Duo reports that the issue causing SMS/Phone Call delivery failures to all numbers is fully resolved and all services are now fully functional. CIT has tested and confirmed that Two-Step Login is working correctly.
