Performance Issue: Cornell Optional Email Alias Creation

For about a week requests for Cornell Optional Email Aliases were not being processed. The requests have been put through, all requested email aliases are available to the individuals that asked for them, and the process is now working for new requests.

All requested email aliases have been provided and new requests are being processed as they are received.

Current Status:
