Resolved: Calls placed from emergency phones, elevator phones, and blue light phones on the Ithaca Campus may not connect successfully to DPS dispatchers, or may disconnect during the call. Ring Central phones are NOT impacted.
Current Status:
This issue is resolved. The Cornell Ithaca campus unplanned phone outage affecting calls placed from blue light phones, elevator phones, and emergency phones has been resolved. Calls from these phones will connect successfully to the Public Safety Communications Center.

Resolved: Confluence users have been encountering performance issues. IT staff are working with the vendor to address the cause and are monitoring the situation.
Current Status:
The issue is resolved. Confluence is stable after the vendor restarted the application. Initial root cause is "Stuck threads" after high amount of traffic and is still being investigated.
