Brief Description:
Resolved: Zoom appears to be suffering a widespread outage affecting all services and all Zoom domains (including vendor status pages). CIT is working with the vendor to resolve the issue. Please use Microsoft Teams while Zoom is unavailable.

If you already have an external VPN service (such as NordVPN), you may be able to connect to Zoom via your external VPN.
If you are still unable to connect to Zoom please clear your browser DNS cache using these instructions for most browsers (https://www.ephost.com/account/index.php/knowledgebase/494/How-to-Clear-the-DNS-Resolver-Cache-in-Chrome-Edge-Firefox-Opera-and-Windows-10..html).
Or you can manually flush your DNS cache:
For Windows open a command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns"
For Mac open a terminal window and type "sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder"
