CIT has received many reports that Duo is not processing two-step authentication prompts. When an individual attempts to log in to a Cornell online service using Duo, the page either appears blank, gives an Internal Server Error, or denies access.
Current Status:

Current Status:
Cornell HR staff members have reported that Workday Time Tracking issue has been resolved and punches are processing correctly now. Punches entered during the time period of the performance issue should now be posted to employee timecards.
