Brief Description:
On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, from 5–8am, CIT Network Services will upgrade ClearPass AAA infrastructure. During the maintenance window, some new CU VPN or Wi-Fi connections may fail.
User Impact:
ClearPass is part of CU VPN and Wi-Fi authentication and authorization. If either service is affected during the maintenance window, only new authentications will not work. Existing CU VPN and Wi-Fi connections will continue to operate normally.
