Qualtrics is reporting a partial outage of SSO logins in their Canadian region, which contains data centers for Cornell's service. There are reports of the issue preventing login for users of the Johnson instance of Qualtrics, johnson.qualtrics.com.

Qualtrics has reported this issue is resolved and affected individuals at Cornell have confirmed they can now sign in.
