Sonic Foundry has announced and testing has confirmed that Mediasite service has been restored.

Performance Issue: Apple Mail in older versions of macOS with Office 365

Some individuals have encountered issues using Apple Mail in versions of macOS older than Sierra (10.12). Updating the operating system appears to fix the problem in most cases, or contact the IT Service Desk to be added to Cornell's case with Microsoft.
Current Status:
Microsoft has reported that the fix is fully deployed and they have confirmed that the issue is resolved. Anyone still encountering the problem should contact the IT Service Desk.

Performance Issue: Brief Directory server unavailability Aug. 7, 2017

One of the four Directory servers was performing irregularly from around 11:30am to around 1:20pm on Monday, August 7, 2017. This issue may have caused problems for queries directed to that server. The other three servers were not affected by the issue.
Current Status:
The server appears to be behaving normally now, and Cornell engineers are continuing to monitor performance.
