Security Alert: Urgent Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge Patch

A zero-day vulnerability in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge may lead to arbitrary code execution or sensitive information disclosure. Google states this vulnerability is being actively exploited. This supersedes a prior alert from 11/28/2022. Patch now.
Current Status:
Microsoft has published Microsoft Edge 108.0.1462.42 to address this vulnerability. For Microsoft Edge: To check if your browser is updated, navigate to Menu > Help and Feedback > About Microsoft Edge, or edge://settings/help in the address bar. If your Edge browser is listed as 108.0.1462.42 or higher, you are protected. Users should apply the following updates: • Edge 108.0.1462.42 or higher Certified Desktop customers: • Windows: A patch for Microsoft Edge was made available earlier today, Tuesday, December 6, with an install deadline of 4:00pm the same day. Microsoft Edge will automatically update for most customers. This patch will address instances where automatic update has not yet occurred. • macOS: Users of Microsoft Edge should manually check for updates and install them. Performance Issue: Some Users Need to Clear Browser Cache after TeamDynamix 11.6 Upgrade

TeamDynamix was updated this weekend. If you encounter any problems, the first troubleshooting step is to clear your browser cache and restart the browser. This has been reported by a handful of MacOS users with the Safari web browser.
Current Status:
TeamDynamix is currently available, but some MacOS users have reported that clearing the Safari web browser cache resolves issues with TeamDynamix.

Performance Issue: CIT TDX reports missing after change ownership operation

Brief Description:
While executing change 889672 and completing report group ownership changes in TDAdmin, a large number of CIT reports appear to have been deleted. This impacts core technician dashboards. However, any individual user-created reports are still available.
Current Status:
CIT - Technician v2" Desktop is now available. Some reports were affected by a bug in TeamDynamix causing them to be deleted instead of having their ownership updated. Users of the ITSM-managed "CIT - Technician" desktop, or anyone working from customized copies of that desktop, are the primary users impacted by this issue. As a workaround, version 2 of this desktop was pushed to all CIT users this morning, but it will not contain any previous user customizations. You should remove the original version to avoid confusion, and you can also make the new version your default. Instructions: https://tdx.cornell.edu/TDClient/39/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=1810 .
