Performance Issue: Qualtrics Login Issues

Brief Description:
An issue has been affecting the ability of certain user groups (currently primarily students) to log into the Qualtrics survey control panel to administer surveys and review data. It did not interfere at all with the ability to respond to a survey.
Current Status:
Login access has been restored for students, the last remaining major group to be affected by this issue. Anyone still encountering an error when attempting to sign into Qualtrics should try refreshing the cache for their browser, and if the problems persists, contact the IT Service Desk to report the problem.
