Brief Description:
There was an outage of the Disk and File Encryption Service from 7am to 8:55am Thursday morning, May, 30, 2019. On resolution of the issue, all services were successfully restored.
User Impact:
For the duration of the outage, users and technical support providers were not able to obtain MBAM recovery keys.
Workaround:
There is no workaround for this issue

There was an outage of the Disk and File Encryption Service from 7am to 8:55am Thursday morning, May, 30, 2019. For the duration of the outage, users and technical support providers were not able to obtain MBAM recovery keys. On resolution of the issue, all services were successfully restored.
