During a database maintenance operation, the ILM server, which provisions accounts, groups and contacts in CornellAD experienced a problem and the process “hung”, which stopped any updates to CornellAD at approx. 6:22 p.m. on 4/7/2011. The ILM update operation has been resumed as of this writing and any pending updates to CornellAD should propagate by 1:00 p.m. today.

ILM is now successfully updating records in CornellAD. After the disruption of updates, the update operations were manually run and were completed at 11:36 a.m. Regular automated update operations resumed at 12:00 noon. By 1:00 p.m., all pending updates were propagated to CornellAD and ILM is continuing to propagate updates using its regular scheduled intervals. ILM is now successfully updating records in CornellAD. After the disruption of updates, the update operations were manually run and were completed at 11:36 a.m. Regular automated update operations resumed at 12:00 noon.
