There is no workaround for this issue
Starting 2011, March 28, all @cornell.edu elists will be stopped and restarted every morning at 06:45 (am) to clear a memory leak in the Lyris ListManager server. During the three (3) minutes it takes to do this, the administrative web interface will be unavailable, and email will be delayed (queued and ultimately sent).
