CIT has once again received reports that users are unable to access Colts.

| COLTS issues were finally resolved yesterday around 4pm. We narrowed the problem down and we identified that it was a connection issue between ColdFusion and the database. The problem was caused by Sunday “tax and fix” applied to PeopleSoft/COLTS database. The database driver cache needed to be flushed. Only one COLTS CF instance had this problem.
