Around 4:00 p.m., one of the Avaya PBX cabinets in the Uris Hall switchroom went down. It was back in service around 4:15. The Avaya technician who was on site at the time worked on the problem. As of 6:15, service was stable. Some phones may not have come back up correctly - those phones will need to be busied out and released by NCS on a case by case basis. Around 4:00 p.m., one of the Avaya PBX cabinets in the Uris Hall switchroom went down. It was back in service around 4:15. The Avaya technician who was on site at the time worked on the problem.
