The admin web interface will be unavailable and email will be delayed (and queued and ultimately sent). Links that use click through tracking (part of the advanced bulkmail pilot) will not work.

All @cornell.edu eLists will be down Sunday Mar 13 09:45-12:00am so that the backend Oracle Database software can be patched. During the work, email to elists will be delayed - queued and sent after the service is back up. The web interface will be unavailable.
