Brief Description:
User Impact:
No access to CornellC mainframe MVS services while the system is restarted. The Adabas databases will be left down during most of the test, so there will be no access to mainframe administrative services during that time.

Full Description:
z/OS 1.11 MVS upgrade test in production environment on CornellC mainframe. The production z/OS 1.9 MVS system will be taken down and the new z/OS 1.11 MVS system brought up for systems programmer testing. After the test the z/OS 1.9 MVS system will be brought back up for production.
