User access cuWebAuth permit protected websites might see cuWebAuth error during bridge restart. But the interruption should be no more than 30 seconds.

Full Description:
The software on the permit bridge is being upgraded. For about 30 seconds while we restart the permit bridge, some CUWebAuth sites will not be able to check permits/group memberships, and access will be denied.\n\nCUWebAuth sites that are configured to use both permit bridges will not be affected.
