Full Description:
On Sunday, February 27th between 9:00am and 9:15am, CIT-NCS will move Cogent (Cornell's primary ISP) back to the primary fiber route via Syracuse. This move will happen after the scheduled DWDM maintenance (from 7:00am - 9:00am) is successfully completed. Intermittent Internet connectivity for 30-45 seconds is expected as routing protocols converge.
