While these individuals' accounts are being moved, their access will be limited to a "read-only" version of their email and calendar using an application such as Outlook or Entourage. They won't be able to use Outlook Web Access.\n\nOnce the move is complete, mail that was received in the meantime will be delivered, and access via Outlook Web Access will be possible again. Individuals will not notice any difference after their account is moved, and their mail quota size will remain the same.\n\nIndividuals who discover that they cannot access their email and calendar during this planned maintenance period can contact the Network Operations Center (607 255-9900) to confirm whether their account is, in fact, being moved.\n\n
