User Impact:
No access to CornellC mainframe MVS services while the system is restarted. No access to the Adabas databases and associated administrative services during the test.

Full Description:
z/OS 1.11 MVS upgrade test in production environment. The production z/OS 1.9 MVS system will be taken down and the new z/OS 1.11 MVS system brought up for testing. After the test the z/OS 1.9 MVS system will be brought back up for production.
