Some iClickers purchased in January are not being recognized correctly by the instructor's receiver base and software. Clickers with ID numbers beginning with two (2) are affected.

Working with the vendor, we have identified how the problem with these iClickers can be resolved. We will be upgrading all instructor / classroom receiver bases and Cornell's clicker registration system to be compatible with the new clicker ID format, which caused the problem with clicker registrations.
