Some Blackboard users may experience problem accessing Blackboard. If you cannot login, restarting web browser application may resolve the problem. \n\nThis is an intermittent problem, the support team is working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

Blackboard performance has been steady and no user problems were reported since the vendor recommended patch was applied yesterday, 1/24/11 at 3:30 pm. We continue to actively monitor the system until we are confident that the intermittent login problem has been resolved.
